How did that pause FEEL to you? As you get more and more used to conceptualizing your heart as both powerful and as a Pause Button, you will find it easier and easier to quickly shift yourself into a more calm, loving, powerful way of being. The more you do it, the easier it gets.

You can use any of the over 40 Wake Up Minutes videos as pause sessions.  Most of them are less than three minutes.  You can read the blog posts in this way, too, pausing to consider from the level of the heart, ideas that inspire you to do so.   The videos may be a little easier to work with as pause sessions for most people.  They are designed to assist you in moving through The Shift challenges more successfully.

What do I mean by The Shift? I see it as the process we are all going through individually and communally: the transition from lives of fear, stress and suffering to ways of being that are more and more loving. We are in the process of unfolding our love, of recognizing ourselves as fully loving beings.

My intent with this website, with my books and CDs is to help you to move through The Shift more gracefully and powerfully

I do not ask you to accept my truths.  I offer here a set of simple, non-dogmatic tools for to help you discover your own deep truth.
