To manifest your vision, look for opportunities to nurture it. See it as already complete in your mind’s eye. Its particularly effective to visualize this upon arising in the morning and as you prepare to sleep.
I suggest that you consider getting into the daily habit of taking one of the ideas in the CD or in one of my books and playing with it via the heart.
You also might consider gradually adding new spiritual practices to your life: An uplifting thought to begin the day, a brief idea to meditate upon before sleep.
As soon as you commit to a new habit, the Universe will tend to test you: How serious are you about being consistent with a new, positive habit? Ego may throw a little hissy fit, coming up with apparently rational justifications for bailing on your intentions.
Another possible ego manifestation: Taking on too much, then feeling overwhelmed, then ditching the whole set of habits you had intended to create for yourself.
When feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I suggest using these simple tools:
Do a minute of deep breathing. *
Do a minute of the cross crawl. * See the video half-way down the page at http://www.happinesspages.com/brain-gym-exercises.html You can touch hand to knee or, if you can handle it, elbow to knee. This is great for times when you feel spacey or distracted.
Get plenty of water. How much? Divide your weight in half. The number you get is the minimum number of ounces of water per day to drink if you want to be properly hydrated. If you are very physically active, you will want to drink more than that.
Another great and quick exercise for mental clarity and focus: Balancing the brain cortices. See the video (7th video from the top) at http://www.bodytalksystem.com/videos/
* When starting any new exercise, be aware of what your body is telling you. If you have any physical challenges or are taking prescription medication, check with your doctor before doing these exercises.
