Subscriber Bonus: 14 Free Pause Sessions

Written by Carlo Ami
Please remember: When you see a double space, and at the end of every session, close your eyes and go within yourself, into the silence.  Place your attention on your heart.  Just be aware.  Go with the flow.  If mind chatter starts, choose to quickly be aware of it and hush that "little gremlin" up.  Pause for as long as feels right before moving on to the next part of the session.
It is suggested that you do only one session per day, early in your waking hours. Then be aware during your day how, via your experiences, the Universe will often provide opportunities for clarity on the issues of that day's session.
All Love,
Carlo

.
Around or Through

Feeling like I have to make a choice about whether to go around or through a challenge that is in front of me is an experience that dissipates as I grow my love.
.
.
The choice to go around something I am faced with is the choice to avoid what is.  Some avoid life by numbing themselves with drugs, excess food, television, escapist fiction or loveless sex.
.
.
More and more consistently, I face with Love what is in front of me.
.
Attachment

Attachment is one of two things:  It can be needing some person to be a certain way as defined by ego in order for me to be acceptable to myself, to put my own stamp of approval on myself.
.
.
Or needing for something that I have or don’t have to be required by me in order for me to be acceptable to myself.
.
Attraction

Much has been written about the Law of Attraction.  It boils down to this: What I focus upon expands.  If I were to focus on needing money, then I would just keep on needing money.  If I see myself as having all the money I would like to have, then chances are that I will soon at least bust out of any sense of lack.
.
.
If I were to see myself as a victim, I would attract those who I see as victimizers.
More and more frequently, I see myself as I intend to be.
.
.
My intent is to be calm, humble, loving and powerful always.  I close my eyes and take some time with this:
I see myself now, visualizing myself as calm, humble, loving and powerful.
.
.
feel the feelings I have when I am calm, humble, loving and powerful.
.
.
I feel my posture adjusting itself powerfully as I close my eyes again and
feel the calm, humble, loving power.
.
Awareness

Awareness is seeing, feeling, tasting, sensing and trusting what is in front of me that is providing the opportunity to practice Love.
.
.
Another way of stating what awareness is:  Vigilance on the lookout for Love.
.
.
It is seeing the Love in everything.  What does not appear to be love is always an opportunity to respond with Love.
.
.
The reason that this idea is repeated so much in this book is that I see it as a fundamental shifting thought.  It is important.
.
Beauty and Ugliness

Thoughts are all that create labels such as beauty and ugliness.
.
.
I more and more consistently see the beauty in everything: from the most intimate kiss to the deep
challenges of self and others.
.
Thank you for helping me see the beauty in everything, God.
.
Being Happy

Why would you ever choose to be anything other than happy?   The trick is to be in joy even when you are grieving a loss, even when you witness another’s suffering. You can remember deep happiness and contentment, even when faced with the greatest of challenges.
I am willing to feel my happiness in the deepest part of me.  My depth is my heart, my soul.
.
.
I am becoming more and more happy, more and more of the time.
.
.
Being, Just Being

Integrating love is not about doing anything.  It is about learning how to just be.
.
.
As I realize and become what I am at depth, then any doing will automatically flow from that.
.
.
Each day, I get more and more close to realizing the depth of my loving nature.
.
.
I am a loving being, realizing my connection to everything and everyone everywhere.
I am.
.
.
Being Powerful

Being powerful has nothing to do with manipulation, control or how much money I have.
The only true power is that which is based in Love.
.
.
I am lovingly powerful now.
.
Being With

To be with everyone and everything just as it all is---without judgment or any love-sucking emotion---is to be beautifully free.
.
.
I am free.  I am loving now.
.
Body and Mind

Pretending to be the body or mind is an act of simple ignorance.  My body is a vehicle that gets me around so that I can have learning experiences that are varied.  My mind and my emotions are also vehicles for my unfolding.  The mind is for logic, for knowing that my teeth want brushing, for knowing when to stop at the traffic signal.  I am not my body and mind.
I am the loving will and wisdom of my heart, touched by the power and invincible nature of my soul.
.
Body State

Body state is how I hold myself: my posture, facial expressions, how high I hold my chin, and how gently pushed back I hold my shoulders.  I frequently remember the power of my loving Self to shift into positive emotions by simply choosing to change my body state.
Now, I smile, gently push my shoulders down and back, allow my chin to rise to a comfortable level, and briefly empty my mind as I hold this pose for 10 seconds.
.
.
I take a deep breath in, as I continue to hold the smile and body posture.
.
.
Now, I notice how I feel.  And I remember that I can recreate this moment at any time I choose.
.
Chakras
.
Author’s note; This is not intended to provide comprehensive knowledge about chakras.  What is provided here is intended to inspire you to learn more about how your chakras function and about how you can use techniques to help you align and nurture these energy centers.   Learn more with an Internet search.
Play!
Chakras are the seven main energy centers along your spine that reflect my state of health and my spiritual and emotional well being.
Play with the ideas that follow about chakra toning.   For each chakra as shown below, you will see on the first line the chakra color.  Close your eyes and visualize that color as you make the sound--tone--shown on the second line.  Make that sound, drawing it out though each of seven breaths out.  As you breathe in, feel that you are taking in loving, cleansing light to that chakra.
.
.
On the third line is shown a basic challenge area in one’s life that the chakra is associated with, so if you are having a problem in that area, you might work with the corresponding chakra.
.
.
After toning, you might meditate upon the chakra with the thought shown on line four of the chakra you are working on.  You might choose to keep to 2 minutes or less for each chakra to start, then trust your heart to choose how long a time you might expand the time.
If what you do works well for you, choose, please, to practice it regularly.  Pause below wherever it feels right to do so.
.
Root---at base of spine
Red
Uh
Lack of support in money, sex  or personal matters
“I feel the loving support of the Universe.”
Sacral—about two inches below navel
Orange
High pitched: Ooo
Creative challenge and openness
“I feel the creativity and wonder moving through me.”
Solar Plexus
Yellow
Oh
Fear
“I now feel the trusting courage of Love radiating through me.”
Heart—middle of chest at heart level
Green
High pitched: Ah
Resistance to love and compassion
“I feel the deep love and compassion in my heart moving though my entire body.”
Throat
Blue
Eye sound
Fear of speaking one’s truth and joy
“I express joyfully who I am.”
Third Eye—middle of forehead just above eyebrow level
Indigo
Aye (rhymes with “say”)
Challenged with mind chatter
“I powerfully claim calm quiet.”
Crown---top of the head
Violet or white
Very high-pitched Eee
Owning the intention to fully, joyfully open to full connection
“I recognize now my deep connection to All That Is.”
Work with one, some or all of these as suggested above, then go into the silence of meditation for as long as it feels right.
.
Chaos

The Chinese word for “crisis” is a compound symbol that means both “danger” and “opportunity”.   What does this mean in my life right now?
.
.
Consider writing your answer and looking at what you have written several times over the next few days.
.
.
Choice

I am integrating the knowledge that there is always only one choice: that  between fear and love.
.
.
I am getting closer and closer to the realization that I can come from a place in the heart that is choiceless.
.
.
As love is fully integrated, there is no more choice.  I intend to always come from a place of Love.
I intend to fully integrate Love in this lifetime.
.
.
Compassion
.
Some people mistake compassion for pity.  It misses an element that would make it fully loving. Pity looks down on the other.
My Love sees all as equals.
.
.
My compassion includes the intent to help alleviate another’s pain, if I am able.
.
.
I have compassion for myself.  I see myself as equal and deserving.

The Wake Up Book, Questions and Comments

Written by Carlo Ami

Please submit your questions and comments about the book here.  We love your feedback!  This section will also include FAQ about the book and will be edited to give you the most powerful information.

The intent of the book is to assist you in your Spiritual Empowerment.  There is no one best way to use the book.  Our brains are wired in different ways.   Some people will do just fine with the E-book version of The Wake Up Book.  Most will get the greatest benefit by using the hard copy and making the edits and notes that can be reviewed over time.

I suggest that you practice consulting your heart and then quieting the mind as you go about the exploration of the book and of your inner Self.

Carlo, your written and audio programs have helped me and I am using them to help the brain damaged residential patients where I work. These patients are making true shifts as a result of working with your book and the Quick Retreats CD. Thank you for these wonderful programs!
