A request:  If you truly intend to live a more loving, harmonious life, please spend 10 minutes with this in a quiet place by yourself.  You will know within a couple of minutes if it is for you.

Notice your feelings when you do.

Humbly offered as your equal, no matter who you are:  If you try to figure out my work here with your head, you will just end up fighting with yourself or simply pissed off, depressed or numbing yourself.

This is heart stuff.  You can choose to filter this through your heart and be aware of your feelings when you hush up your head.

These are core ideas that nobody I know of has expressed in this short and simple way before.

It is time for us to get this because there is nothing else as important.

The sooner we awaken ourselves, the sooner that suffering dies in our world.  This is the great incentive, along with our own happiness on the other side of that same coin.

Pain may continue to come and go as we are awakened.  It is part of the ebb and flow of life. Suffering will be a matter of history, as will resistance.

It is time for us to lift the veil together.  This means realizing the limitless depth of our loving nature.

As we realize this, we will become a world that is all about everyone giving to each other.  We’ve been stuck in ignorant mode: we’ve been worried about what we are going to get.

When we are all about giving, there will be no worry of lack.  Anywhere.

We are living now in the era in which fear is to be swallowed up and spit fully out with joy.

This means creating and living out an unattached intention to respond to all of experience and thought with love.

This integrates the real, the loving power.  

The only real power that we can use in our lives is based in love: love for self and all creation as equal parts of a Divine Whole.

To discover this wholeness, what we get to do is realize our power to empty ourselves of all that is unloving.

How is it realized?  By moving beyond false conditioning, by learning to trust ourselves and by understanding the high value in disengagement from that which is abusive or disrespectful. Fighting and condemnation have no place in this revolution.

Often, the most loving and courageous action one can take is disengaging from the imaginary---and the apparently real---abusers in their life, still loving it all because life is teaching us all the time.

Whether it be ego, corrupt institution or the guy who just cut you off in traffic, the basic solution is the same: Love the "bad guy" as you remove all other attention and support.

The lesson in all experience is, at depth, the same:  Respond to this with love.
